May save you the hassle. I booked my stay for a travel gymnastics competition, had some trouble with the spending limit on my card so they contacted me immediately through text to right the wrong which I appreciated! The property manager Reached out to me introducing herself with her contact info which I also thought was awesome. And then the morning of my trip, while I was in the airport I received an email stating that they canceled my stay because there was “construction” going on!!! So I had minimal time to find another place. Then they refunded me but never completely as I was still charged the VRBO fee DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION! I would recommend staying away from, either a scam or very bad communication as I’m unsure why they would be posted and accept my booking if there was construction going on.
