The covered patio by the pool offers a great place to unwind before and after enjoying the pool and to enjoy tasty meals alfresco. The kitchen will be a great place for the chef to work their magic with all modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). Quick meals on the go can take place on the glass table by the kitchen or at the large island. Formal family meals can take place in the dining area by the main entrance of the home. The sunny living area will be all about guests' comfort and entertainment with inviting furniture and a large smart TV with streaming services. The living room opens seamlessly to the private patio and lanai. This family-friendly home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a TV, access to the patio and lanai, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. There is a second guest bedroom with a TV and en suite bath with a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms (one of them being a bunk bed) share a full bath in the hall. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. Please note the pool spa is not a hot tub. This will only work when the pool heater is turned on. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There is a dock available. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft. Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter. Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Sheets definitely hadn't been washed before we got there. We were not notified that there was construction literally feet from the master bedroom window that began at 7am everyday all day. There were no peaceful afternoons by the pool due to loud construction equipment and dust drifting over onto the pool area. We couldn't even hear each other talk. The rental company did refund our remaining days but none of the additional fees so we way overpaid for the two nights we were there. We were very disappointed in the pool and hot tub. 72 hours prior we ask for the pool to be heated, which never happened. We turned on the hottub the first night but were never able to shut it off. After running for a very long time (overnight) the hot tub heater must have broke and both pool and hot tub were freezing cold. I called right a way but never got a respose for the management company. One of the main reasons we rented this property was for use of the pool and hot tub. I do understand that things break but when you rent a property on a night to night basis you should have someone to be able to fix things when they break or at least keep your renters informed. ##### Patirica M.
