Great house in a great area ... Everything was as promised. Two minor issues. First, the kitchen sink faucet was temperamental. It was supposed to be state of the art touch on/off. It didn't work all the time and quit working completely the last 4 days we were at the property. Luckily, the laundry room was just a few steps off the kitchen so we just used the laundry tub to wash our dishes. Second, the "light filtering" cellular window shades in the family room operated fine, but they should be "room darkening" so that so much light didnt come in obscuring the direct sunlight coming into the family room which made it hard to see the television. ##### David D.
