Room was smelly, really damp and stale. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was full. Spoke to manager(male) and he was rude. Told me they would not refund or discount room at all since I booked through Expedia and should have asked for a new room. Pool was big, but dirty in and around it.

The staff was very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was that the coffee was weak and half and half was not offered, only milk and creamers.

I used to live in the area. It was nice to experience the hotel for once. Very nice hotel, slept better there than I do in my bed. haha.

My wife fell out of the tub/shower. No hand rails or anti slip mat in the shower. Slick tile on the bathroom floor. Not safe for seniors.

$260 for a one-night-stay in a hotel like that is a bit too pricey. The receptionist wasn't too friendly, the manager very helpful though. Breakfast was average/poor for $260/night.

There were 3 couples in 3 different rooms, so they were all suppose to have king beds and one did not. The “free” breakfast didn’t start until 7am and we were out of there before so did get to use it. Pool closes at dusk, not sure why but used to be open much later. We were on the 2nd floor and there were many lights were either very dim or burnt out. The concrete floors had a “coating” on them and were chipping up in several places causing a trip hazard. Overall we just weren’t very happy for over $200 rooms.

The location & amenities for the price were wonderful. It's only a few minutes from Sanibel & only 5 miles from downtown Ft Myers Beach. There's a gas station next door & a Publix/plaza within a few minutes walk. Room was clean, & pool & hot tub were wonderful! Free breakfast is kind of standard for hot continental free breakfast but a nice deal along with free parking. However there are some smaller spots of hurricane damage that absolutely need to be fixed still, I plan to message the hotel directly about it.

We enjoyed the convenience to Sanibel, Bunche Beach, gas, grocery store and restaurant. The staff always greeted us when we entered or left. Breakfast was very good. Unfortuneately we could not watch the Super Bowl from the comfort of our room as the hotel did not carry CBS. Also we were disappointed that our room only had 2 small drawers for our clothes (we stayed a week)and there was definitely space for additional drawers. There was also only one light by the beds, which was not enough for the size of the room. More chairs/sitting area would have also been nice. With these improvements it would be an A room for our needs.

The property is in ok condition considering the major hurricane that ravaged this part of Florida. It was convenient and priced right for our stay in the area. A number of very good restaurants are nearby. I didn't like that the room had no phone, and that room servicing was not done daily.. Overall our stay was pleasant.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room we had was clean and spacious. Everything in the room appeared new, bright and clean. Audrey was one of the kindest and most helpful specialists we’ve ever met making us feel very comfortable requesting any information. Great selection and availability of restaurants nearby. There is still a very damp smell in the hotel and the breakfast could have been better. It was very clean, and the pool was heated so that was nice

Felt a little unsafe coming and going into my room. I was placed in the back area away from the pool and office. When I was leaving early morning there were a few gentleman standing outside their room close to mine smoking marajuana outside. Wasn’t too happy about that. ☹️

Looked in all of the doors for our own security and that’s when we found the doors between rooms and figured out what they’re for and how they worked so we just left it shut but then a minute later I got 2 phone calls from the front desk explaining what the doors are for and to leave them shut which we already figured out and was planning to leave them alone. A minute after the phone calls we hear someone in the hallway going nuts and then a knock on our door which was Rich from the front counter along with the guy in the next room over. Rich explained the door situation again because he had to since the guy next door to mine was the regional manager and he was the one that sounded violent before I opened the door. Decided to not stay the night and they’re “very sorry” that they couldn’t refund me any money. When checking out that night Rich explained to me that this kind of stuff happens all the time and the regional manager just had a bad day so there’s nothing he can do to give me a refund. The regional manager should be fired for acting that way towards other guests and the hotel was definitely not as nice as the pictures online make it to be. I was there for maybe 15 minutes total before checking out and when checking the room out I found bugs on the toilet seat and 1 in the shower

Good evening, i researched this thoroughly, it seems that anonymous was checked into an adjoining room with a connecting door. Anonymous tried opening the door several times. The desk was alerted and anonymous was told to stop. Several minutes later anonymous tried again and the guest knocked on the door explaining what the doors were. About 20 minutes later, anonymous tried to open the door again this time he had a flashlight. The desk was then alerted and anonymous was told if he does not stop the law will be called. Anonymous then checked out the hotel.
