The people are great. The low cost brings in some not so nice guest. One room the TV did not work but they moved us. Also a big plus for no bugs. Would stay again.

Convenient to proximity of class. New furniture is needed. Caulk sinks…get new mirror. Towels were rough as a corncob. Shady characters that live in these.

Not recommended.
The room smelled overwhelmingly of mold. Nothing "looked" clean, even if it was. The security lock on the door was broken, making us feel unsafe. We paid for 2 nights, left after 1. Between feeling unclean and unsafe, we had to go.

Started off with the rudest Indian , led by a male staff walking into my room at 8:15 am not even knocking . Followed by an entire breakfast of just coffee . Floor has huge soft spot by the door Worst place ever and their price gouging

Old outdated stained bathtub. Missing trim on baseboards, cracked/missing caulk around tub/walls. No battery in fire alarm. Worn/old bed sheets. Old, outdated electrical outlets. No lightbulb in one light fixture by bed. TV had fuzzy cable that didn’t jive with current technology.

The room door did not work properly. The room was dirty and disgusting.

Apologize for you issues. You did gain entrance to the room. The room's door lock was reprogrammed as there was a power issue that caused operational problems.This was a Smoking Room as requested, and are deep cleaned on a scheduled timeline due to being a smoking room. The room will be moved to a more frequent schedule.

The property advertises free breakfast, please look elsewhere there is no breakfast. This is a highcrime area the cops were there everyday. Someone tried to break into my car and I was woken up every night around 3am by drunks in the parking lot. Look else where!!!

The Corporation advertises free breakfast not the property. There has not been any Complimentary Breakfast since 2020 offered at this hotel. We have on various occasion attempted to have Corporate correct their Web Site. IF your main reason to stay here is a Complimentary Breakfast, please do look elsewhere as there is no breakfast afford here. This is not a high-crime area statically. You happen to stay here when there was an issue with ONE room. As for the remainder of your comments, there is no video footage from the properties security cameras to support this.I am sorry that you seem to have "an eventfully stay" in your view.

Gentleman who owned the motel was extremely rude. I am an overnight response nurse in the area for a 10shift stay. I tried to extend my stay to the Saturday evening I needed to be that way and the guy tells me no need I’m all paid up. Then I go to bed at 930 he’s banging on my door check out is at eleven I need to pay or go. When I tried to explain to the exact gentleman I dealt with that he had just told me I was paid up and could I handle it at 4pm when I awoke it became a problem and he began speaking to me very rudely and inappropriately. I will be finding alternative lodging. Rain pours under the door jams and there are people hanging out in the parking lot all day. Cars sitting on jacks.

Good but no Breakfast
Had a good stay for one night. The rooms are older but still comfortable. The only issue I had was they advertised complimentary breakfast but they no longer offer that.

I didn’t like this property. The sheets and towels was stained. Bug was in refrigerator. Hair was in tub and on parts of toilet. When I went to front desk to inform them, the gentleman joked and laughed with the house keeper as to why you put stained sheets on the bed. No apology to me about the problems. There was no solution suggested by the guy on duties. Poor customer service. I was given more sheets. If I could of went somewhere else I would of.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. A new set of sheets were provided to you as you had requested. You also said that YOU would clean the areas you mentioned as you operated a Cleaning Business and it would be no problem. Housekeeping will be notified as to paying closer attention to details in the cleaning and preparation of the rooms for our guests. I am sorry that you did not enjoy my defusing of the tension of the situation. The individual that was being talked to was Maintenance, not Housekeeping. The issue was corrected on the spot and no solutions or other apology was required.

Chair in room was stained and dirty, as was bedspread. My wife walked in, immediately turned around and walked out. We slept in our car rather than stay there. We don't need anything fancy, but we do need cleanliness.

I don’t know what I was thinking when booking this hotel. I wanted something basic, reasonably priced, as I was not coming to the area for vacation. Upon checking the clerk was very evasive on what the breakfast would be, and stated he wasn’t sure what really would be available, as he didn’t think because of Covid they were doing much breakfast. The room was on the small side, and to the contrary of the posted photos of the room, they were only two pillows per bed. The bedspread looked unsanitary, and when I looked at the sheets, there were a lot of stains on them. The stopper for the bathtub was missing. When we open the fridge/freezer, a big amount of water fell on the floor. Even though it was a room for two people, with two double beds, they were only two towels in the bathroom. The bathroom AC was not functioning. The TV quality was horrible, there were no station that didn’t have static. The hairdryer was not functioning properly, after two minutes of use, it would stop. I had to wait about 10 minutes in between the two minutes of use. It took me quite a while to dry my hair. When I called the front desk to get another hairdryer, I was told they had no replacement. Unfortunately this was to step downs from Motel Six. Total cost for 3 nights was two eighty and change. I will never be back!

The sheets were dirty, stained and ripped and the comforter had burns on it and we were in a non-smoking room. The bathroom toilet had hair all over it and the floors were so dirty your feet got black walking on them. The service was nice but it doesn’t make up for the rooms.
