The Space: Pelican Crossing is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in the desirable Bluewater subdivision. This is a great two-family house with gorgeous views of the beach. It features lower and upper decks with quality wooden deck furniture. You'll have a quick trip down to the sand on foot or by vehicle or golf cart. Relax in the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable furniture and a large television. Meal preparation will be easy in the large kitchen and bar area. You'll have all the cookware you need, plus a blender and Keurig coffee maker and dining space for 8-9\. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises. With nearly 2100 square feet, Pelican Crossing has room to accommodate 14\. There are two bedrooms located on the main floor and 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. All the bedrooms have their own televisions, and there is high speed internet for your convenience. On the main floor, the primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third has two queen beds, and the fourth has one queen bed. For additional sleeping the 2 blue chairs upstairs become full-sized hideaway beds. Enjoy entertaining your guests under the house at the outdoor bar area with plenty of seating, swings, and a picnic table. A charcoal bbq pit is available for your use. Need more space? Bluewater subdivision has many nearby homes available for rent through Swedes. Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The house is HUGE compared to most of the others. Rented 4 houses this weekend and this house by far had the most room inside and out. The pictures are spot on. You will get exactly what you see but what they don’t reveal is the size and room inside the place, it is huge! It had all the bells and whistles outside too! Outside shower to rinse off and feet washers built into the bottom of the stairs, those things are awesome! The BEST experience ever! Love my family! Tomorrow is not a guarantee....at least for a brother of mine that we brought to this beach house. He loves riding his Harley but really cant anymore. So that's why we picked this weekend. (Lonestar Rally in Galveston) It was an AMAZING experience for him! For the rest of us too! Great memories he will back on. God willing, we can do it again next year! This was the perfect house, perfect location and accommodated our big family. Thank you so much! Stayed at this house with my family of 4, my parents and some friends. Plenty of room for everyone and the house is beautiful inside. We had a great view to the water and were very close to the beach. Having two outdoor decks was a great feature and provided awesome views! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and this awesome home Thanks!!
