Renters Must Be 25 years of Age or Older to Rent. Geaux-N Coastal is a fisherman's dream rental home. This well-loved home sits on the canal with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It has a dock to park your boat, areas to fish off the deck, throw in a crab trap, and even a fishing station to clean your fresh catch, a covered concrete area for entertaining, including a fire-pit area. There is even an outdoor shower area. Upstairs, you will find a spacious deck that offers covered and uncovered sitting areas. Enjoy your favorite beverages while viewing our glorious sunrises and breathtaking sunsets over the water! Inside this lovely home, you will notice a dining space/kitchen area with bar seating. Everything you need to make delicious meals can be found in this well-stocked kitchen. The cozy living room provides ample seating for you and your guests to gather or watch your favorite streaming movies or shows on the smart TV. It also accommodates 2 on the sleeper sofa. Just enter the WIFI information posted in the house. The 3 bedrooms offer comfortable bedding in a coastal theme. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity/make-up table. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full bed, a twin/full bunk and a single trundle underneath. Once you "Geaux-Coastal," you'll be "Geaux-N-Coastal" all year! Jumping off any of the decks into the canal is prohibited. will result in the termination of your lease agreement without a refund. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Our biggest complaints were the beds are hard as rocks, we had no hot water and had to take cold showers, the deck boards are loose in several spots on the dock and on the top deck and the outside trash cans were full. Thankfully, there was just 3 of us and had one trash bag full bc we were only there to sleep which we didn’t get much of bc of the beds being so uncomfortable. We enjoyed our time there but definitely won’t spend the money we spent to stay again bc hot showers and comfortable beds are a must for us, especially getting up early to fish and coming home smelling fishy only to have to take a cold shower and not getting to get sleep unless it was in the chair or on the couch ##### Mike & Angie L.
