The spacious holiday home is located on a large, fenced garden plot. In the lower part of the house there are two bedrooms (another in the upper part), one of which is very large with an extra living room and direct access to the garden. When you come back from the beach, the small shower corner is particularly practical. Denneville is a small family-friendly seaside town. Far from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist centers. Here you can relax and admire the sunset during an evening walk on the beach. In a few minutes by car you can reach the lively seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, which offers cafes and restaurants as well as a wide range of leisure activities. separated from the harbor basin and the city center by a large dune. Nearby activities: On this stretch of coast, the focus is on swimming, water sports and shellfish hunting. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über Treppen, die rutschig sein können, und es gibt eine Betontreppe zur unteren Etage, die nicht beheizt ist. Die Dusche ist natürlich auch da. Im Sommer kein Problem. In unserem Beisein wurden die Strom- und Wasserzählerstände abgelesen und festgehalten. Alles sehr korrekt. ‚Der Aufenthalt war wegen des typischen Normandie-Wetters etwas durchwachsen mit viel Wind und Regen. Aber durch die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus konnten wir die Zeit genießen. Bei den SonnenStunden haben wir uns in den Garten gesetzt und unseren Hunden beim Herumtollen zugeschaut. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin ist TOP. Über whatsapp haben wir auch tolle Tipps zu lokalen Märkten und für gute Restaurant erhalten. Einfach Klasse!! Die Agentur ist allerdings nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Ich hatte extra geschrieben dass wir mit 2 Hunden reisen. Das wurde aber ignoriert. Etwas altmodische Einrichtung, hat uns nicht gestört. Alles Notwendige ist da. Zuverlässige Einzäunung des großen Gartens, mehrere liebevoll eingerichtete Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück. Fußläufige Entfernung zum weitläufigen Sandstrand. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden im September - sehr wenig Leute am Strand, sehr entspannte, kilometerweite Spaziergänge am Strand möglich.
