Newly renovated and refurnished. All the comforts of home are included: high-speed wireless internet, Dish satellite on 2 large TVS, A/C, heat, 2 blow dryers, microwave, toaster oven, blender, turntable, washer/dryer, ping pong table and dart board. Fenced side yard with seating for six, outdoor fireplace, and Weber grill. Just minutes from the Olympic National Park Visitor's Center, and downtown Port Angeles shops and restaurants. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, woodsy landscaped yard and gardens. We are a family of 5 (kids 16, 14, 11) and we knew we wanted extra space to spread out and relax after long days hiking outside in October. We were pleasantly surprised that it was even more spacious than it looks in the pictures while still being extremely cozy! We ended up cooking every night and sitting around the lovely dining room table and talking about our day was truly a highlight. We all felt very much at home. Ping pong and darts were a hit with all of us and we definitely appreciated the on site laundry. The grounds are gorgeous, especially the view from the enormous kitchen window! It is well situated and close to amenities in town, yet very peaceful and quiet. It has been very tastefully decorated and is very clean. We loved the vintage feel. We had 6 adults stay for 6 nights here, super clean and nice house and was very central to what we wanted to do (mountains, ocean, whale watching, etc.). Walking distance to some restaurants, Safeway, and even the wharf if you don't mind the hill on the way back. Nice neighborhood, we even saw some deer grazing in the morning! I will say the walls are very thin and the stairs are very creaky, but it is an old house and if those are the biggest "problems" I think you're doing pretty good overall. ##### Diana M.
