You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Spacious bright house, enclosed garden, Wi-Fi included

Large architect-designed house, independent, spacious and bright, located 4 km from the beaches, 3 km from the golf course and 5 km from the thalassotherapy center.  
Private parking on the property. Enclosed garden of 1400 m², with 2 small Ouessant sheep on the plot adjoining the garden.  
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to beautiful living room bathed in light, beautiful south-facing veranda (unheated), utility room/laundry room, 1 bedroom (180x200 bed) with private shower room and separate toilet.  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with wooden terrace (1: 140x190 bed + 80x190 trundle beds, 2: 160x200 bed + 2 90x200 beds), relaxation area with TV and shower room/wc.  
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair.  
Included: electricity, wood stove heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and wood.  
Not included: end of stay cleaning (€130) and tourist tax.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
