### Beautiful home in Porec

Villa Balzarini, modern holiday house for 6 guests with pool, 1 km from the sea and 7 km from the town of Porec.  
  
Near the house there are shopping centres, cafes, typical Istrian taverns, petrol stations, ATMs and beautiful pebble beaches. Villa offers its guests in the fenced plot of 330 sqm an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, garden furniture, a covered terrace with dining table, deck chairs and 2 parking spaces at their disposal. The property is located next to a road.  
  
Villa Balzarini has an area of 120 sqm and is spread over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC. On the first floor of the house there are three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and SAT/TV. Guests also have access to the roof terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
