Welcome to our barrier-free 58 square metre flats with terrace and garden!  
Our beautiful holiday apartment complex is located in the Portun district of Porec, Istria, just outside the town. It is about 2.5 km to the centre, but you have a quiet, sunny location surrounded by greenery.  
It is an excellent base for enjoyable activities in this fantastic region. For people with a culinary or oenological orientation, the region in the Südliche Weinstraße district is pure paradise. Wineries without end and great restaurants on the coast and in the hinterland of Istria look forward to welcoming you. And if you want to get some exercise between all the delights, there are wonderful hiking trails and cycle routes in the vineyards and along the coast.  
Just try them out! We offer you a very good place to stay overnight. Our holiday flats have room for two to five people, are completely renovated and have their own entrance as well as a beautiful terrace with access to the garden. It is well equipped so that you can feel completely at home.

Location description : Porec is rightly considered one of the most attractive holiday resorts in Istria, with its lush vegetation, beaches and numerous leisure activities. The old town centre is particularly beautiful with its ancient monuments, some of which reflect 1,900 years of history. For example, the remains of two Roman temples and the famous Eufrasiana Basilica with its mosaics are still preserved. Interesting excursions into the surrounding hills to the charming little farming villages.
