    4/5 Good

The staff were very engaging and tried their best to ensure we had a good break. We were pleased with our stay, the comfortable bed, the excellent breakfast and the food generally. We were less pleased with the state of the walk-in shower, which had mould in it — although, again, this was recognised with a discount when we pointed this out. It is a nice place to stay, although parking is very limited indeed and Poole’s car parks aren’t cheap!

    5/5 Excellent

An absolutely beautiful property which is conveniently located near the quay and close to the ferry port. We had a long international flight the day before and we slept like babies, the room was quiet and dark and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was amazing and the shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed the bar area both nights and took advantage of their happy hour drinks. We would stay here again!
