"They shouldn’t accommodate people in a room right next to the front desk, the noisy part of the hotel. Crazy loud specially when operating big tours and groups of vacationers.
Super noisy, kids running up and down the stairs and aisle all night long"

"Everything was good, staff was very helpful and very friendly, but the problem is the no parking on the hotel area or near, but everything else was great staff and amenities."
"Best staff! They very much care about your experience and made every effort to help us have a great experience in Florence. Thank you! You setup reservations for us and we had some of the best food we have ever had in Italy. =)"
"Wonderful hotel close to all of the wonderful sites in Florence. Super close to train station and lots of restaurants and wine bars. Our two twin bed room was very comfortable and spacious for Italy. Delicious breakfast each day in a beautifully painted dining hall. I felt like a Medici. Staff was super helpful with tours and directions. Highly recommend this gem and will gladly come back and stay every time I go to this magical city!!"
