Its spacious gardens, which provide total privacy, along with air conditioning and contemporary amenities, make this stone villa the ideal option for a couple or a small family wishing to enjoy the serenity of the countryside without being far from urban comforts, as it is just a short drive from restaurants, shops, and beautiful sandy beaches. Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor, offering easy and comfortable access to all rooms. The living room, with air conditioning, is tastefully decorated and has direct access to the outdoor patio with the pool. This cosy space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration or enjoying a pleasant evening with family. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare everything from simple dishes to more elaborate meals with total comfort. Pro: Garden, pool, quiet, clean, spacious rooms. Contra: (1) single airco unit placed so it won't really cool down bedrooms or living room... Solo mejoraría el aire acondicionado ya que no llega a los dormitorios. Creo que podrían poner al menos 1 ventilador por dormitorio para mejorar la experiencia sobretodo en verano. No particularmente de esta propiedad pero cobran un free (€150) si no sacas la basura por tu cuenta, (lugar qje solo es accesible en automovil). Me parece queesta medida es una desventaja mas de rentar en airbnb vs escoger un hotel. Suma estres a la visita en lugar de ser descanso total. Todo lo demás perfecto, la casa es preciosa y esta aislada. La alberca estaba limpia y en perfecto estado. El kit dee bienvenida y las atenciones fueron excelentes. Saludos ##### Rossana R. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war super sauber wie alles andere auch. Der Garten war sehr gut gepflegt. Zwei Sterne Abzug für die Lage/Umgebung, da doch einige Autos die kleine Straße ums Haus herum entlang fahren, die Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Palma über dem Haus ist und zudem auf den benachbarten Grundstücken wirklich immer jemand ein elektrisches Gerät (Motorsense, Kettensäge etc.) benutzt. Auch die große Straße, die sehr stark befahren ist, ist dauernd zu hören. Die Agentur ist super! ##### Daniela D. Die Ausstattung ist ok, das Bett ist mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall einmal wieder. Für den schönen Poolbereich könnten bequemere Liegen angeschafft werden. In der Küche haben Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein Schneidebrett, kleines Messer und Korkenzieher gefehlt. Weiterhin könnte an der Sicherheit des Hauses etwas gemacht werden. Die Küchentür war nur durch einen einfachen Schieberiegel geschlossen. Wenn jemand gewollt hätte, wäre man mit einem Stoß in der Villa. Genau das Richtige zum Entspannen und für sich sein. Die Finca befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Toll, dass zwischendurch noch einmal die Handtücher getauscht wurden und die Badezimmer sauber gemacht wurden. Der Kontakt über easyvillas war jederzeit sehr unproblematisch und sehr freundlich! Mit ein paar kleinen Handgriffen (z.B. Austausch der älteren Sonnenliegen oder der etwas abgenutzten Toilettensitze) würde die Finca eine noch schönere Ausstrahlung haben. Leider war bei unser Ankunft nicht alles so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Wir wunderten uns, dass während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes von 12 Tagen der Pool gar nicht gesäubert wurde. Auch der Rasen war zum Ende hin schon etwas braun und ausgetrocknet. Alles war generell sauber und wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Das dritte Badezimmer war ein Waschraum wo die Waschmaschine stand. Dunstabzug hat nicht funktioniert aber war mit dem nahen Fenster nicht allzu das große Problem. Die Lage war ruhig und Pollenca war zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
