This modern villa is the perfect destination if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place for your holidays.With a capacity for 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of these rooms, one is a double room with a private bathroom, while the other three are double rooms, one of which also has a private bathroom, which guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.The private bathrooms in the master bedroom and in one of the twin rooms offer total privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom with a modern Italian shower is available for other guests.The design of the villa is rustic with wooden beam ceilings, which gives it a traditional and warm touch. Just outside the property, there is a road that leads directly to the old town of Pollensa, which can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. From the villa's garden, panoramic views of trees and mountains can be enjoyed, making it a perfect refuge to relax.The villa's doors open to a spacious furnished terrace that leads to a beautiful garden and a private pool, surrounded by rocky outcrops that border the extensive lawn.
