Villa Can Mart By SunVillas Mallorca

Villa with private pool in Pollensa:
Surrounded by open farmland and close to the old town of Pollensa with lovely views towards the outcrop of Puig de Maria lies the Villa Can Mart, a delightful two bedroom villa that combines the rural and traditional style with some modern and contemporary fittings.

From the shaded veranda, the main door leads straight to the lounge dining room, decorated with Majorcan style furnishings. To the left a door gives access to the small but cosy fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher. A further door leads to the garage which is used as a laundry area. To the right we can find one double bedroom with air conditioning and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a spacious air conditioned twin bedroom with a low beamed ceiling that gives a cosy atmosphere.

The outside secluded swimming pool with lawn and mature gardens plus a built in barbecue completes the exterior of the house, an ideal place to relax enjoying the magnificent Pollensa countryside.
