With 3 bedrooms, a large pool and impressive views, Can Colom can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, there is a charming mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furniture, as well as many unique hand-forged iron accessories. Can Colom is built on a single floor. The kitchen, tastefully decorated, is well-equipped and features exposed beam ceilings, stone tile floors, and direct access to the covered terrace. It also has a lovely breakfast table and wooden chairs. The dining room, also with beam ceilings, has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier. An arch with columns leads to the bright and sunny living room with a huge window offering panoramic views of the pool and the famous Puig de Maria. Also on the ground floor is a double room, with traditional stone tile floors and ceilings, a private bathroom, and a truly wonderful iron bed. There are two other bedrooms with twin beds that share a large built-in bathroom. There is also a bathroom on this level. Air conditioning in the rooms is available free of charge during a fixed schedule, between 8 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The large glass doors lead from the lounge to the fabulous wraparound covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxing, and a large table and chairs at the front of the pool, for outdoor dining. The private pool, with many sunbathing areas, enjoys stunning views and features a waterfall effect for even more enjoyment. POOL: 9 m wide x 4.5 m (1.2 m deep x 1.8 m) with Roman steps and water spraying system. Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests. It was great to not have to take the car everywhere but to still have the space of a home with a large garden with grass, a pool, bbq and a lovely terrace. I would easily rent this home again in the summer season. We traveled in May and it was unseasonally cold - we felt the house would be absolutely perfect for hot summer days but found it a bit cold inside on chilly nights. The beds were hard but not a deal-breaker. The villa, garden and pool were perfect and even better than the photos. We were pleased to receive some handy essentials (soap, loo roll, dishwasher tabs etc.) on arrival too. The surrounding area was very quiet and it felt safe too. Its a short walk into pretty Pollensa old town and not far from beaches by car. The main issue for us were the mosquitoes so other guests should remember to bring mosquito repellant. Alles im Ort ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse bietet den ganzen Tag über Schatten. AC war gut und sehr nötig. Man hört den Straßenverkehr von der Umgehungsstraße, aber das ist wirklich nicht belastend, weil alles gut bewachsen ist, was stark dämpft Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Walking distance from Pollensa. And the villa is very spacious I was not able to sleep in the bed of the masterbedroom the mattress was too hard.
