Nice dining room with modern decoration. Separate kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, hob and fridge freezer. The house has 3 bedrooms, two singles and one double. The rooms share 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower (one of them exterior). It also has a balcony terrace with magnificent views, sun loungers and barbecue. The beautiful patio will make your stay in Pollença idyllic enjoying the tranquility and life of the town of Pollença. The property is located in Pollensa, in the center with all the services in the surrounding streets. The closest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a charming Majorcan town, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well-known Sunday market. The outside patio and terrace were dusty. The washing machine corner dusty. The washing machine and dryer should be properly clean. The sofas in the outside lounge were pissed by neighbors cat. The kitchen utility was not very clean. The bathroom upstairs cannot be use as shower, needs curtains or a glas door where the shower is place. The air-conditioned make a tremendous noise every 30 seconds, what make imposible to fall .
