Fabulous, modern villa in the quiet Singala urbanisation of Puerto Pollensa. Only a few minutes stroll from the picturesque Pine Walk and beaches. With over 500m2 of outsdoor space, this villa boasts a spacious terrace and lawn with various seating and outdoor dining areas all overlooking the stunning 12 metre length swimming pool. A garden area, portable gas barbecue and tall trees offering natural shade complete the outdoor area. Beautiful and private getaway to stay with family and loved ones.

Inside the 100m2 property the elegant and cool lounge has comfy sofas, air conditioning and a dining area directly beside the open plan kitchen which comes fully equipped with all you will need during your stay. The villa has three bedrooms, each air conditioned and with black out curtains for a perfect night's sleep. The master bedroom has a modern ensuite bathroom and there is an additional spacious bathroom with bath and seperate walk-in shower.
