Nice hotel, but kind of a "senior place". We thought "adult hotel" only means no loud kids, crying, etc, but in fact it's more like a term for a pensioners... There was only one young couple besides us, all the others were elderly couples. (Except for a group of American girls in their twenties who stayed for a few days.) Average age was around 60-65. Anyway, the hotel was nice and comfy. Breakfast should be improved however: one of the worst scrambled eggs in my life. Just no taste at all...

Good Seafront hotel in Puerto Pollensa

Posted 06-Jul-2017
Pros: Location and nice room.
Cons: Mean charge for the room safe.. 2.50 a day.
If there was a section for location I would have given the Romantic 5/5 for location. It's beachfront close to everything but not right in it. We booked the sea front room which had a nice terrace and a few amenities the other rooms may not have included, such as a fridge. We checked in late - just after midnight so didn't really get much of a run down on facilities. Why not a full 5 - just a few very minor things. Such as a charge for the safe, no tea / coffee facilities. But that said would recommend.

Ideal for beach lovers and a walk along the prom

Posted 05-Jul-2017
Pros: Lovely chilled atmosphere, nice modern design ,friendly ,close to the beach and within a short walk to the Marina, pine walk and town square.
Cons: Could offer beach towels
Location: Not to far from centre was quieter this end rather than the pine walk end
I went for a short break to relax and recharge my battery's. Had everything I needed within the hotel but if I fancied going out to eat loads of great choices with in min or stroll out to centre.

good position, bad facilities & food

Posted 14-Sep-2016 on Ebookers
Pros: Position
Cons: a lot
I would not recommend this hotel. The position is great but the only rooms that have a view are the sea view rooms. We were next to a building site with an unfinished pool that had rain water in it. We couldn't open our windows because of the mosquitoes. I know this is not the hotels fault but we should have been warned before we booked. The hotel did offer a different room but the view was just as bad. The breakfast was terrible. The fruit juice tasted powdered not fresh. The cereals were the cheapest quality. The scrambled eggs were hard most mornings and not refreshed, the fresh fruit was a joke & the table cloths had stains on them from previous users. We had a meal the first night as the outside dining area looks attractive. It was awful. The hotel was full of mainly older aged English people who were all lovely and I felt sorry for the service that they were getting. I actually think it is the Hotel Group who are at fault not the Staff as they seem to run this hotel on a very strict budget. It definately was not worth 130 euros per night.

Pros: Clean, friendly and calm.

Lovely location across from the beach. Very relaxing.

Opposite the beach

Posted 14-Jul-2016
Pros: Location opposite beach
Cons: This hotel has been upgraded but on a budget .
Location: Excellent location for us opposite the beach and at the quieter end of Puerto Pollensa.
Very disappointed at the room we were allocated on the building site side not pleasant to sit on the balcony which was covered in flies coming from the stagnant water lying on building site. Bedroom size overall good and was clean bathroom updated but very small as you showered the water was hitting bathroom door with the door and upstands all warped. Towels changed daily but were old . Breakfast was good and had a good variety , staff in dining room pleasant, glad we only did bed & breakfast. Staff at reception could have smiled and said hello !! Male reception staff always pleasant.
