The fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, kettle, and coffee machine) allows you to prepare meals at home, which can be enjoyed in the dining area with views of the private garden and pool.



Can Avinent has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably, with the possibility of 2 additional guests upon request. The bedrooms are full of natural light and decorated in a Mallorcan style, with wooden beams, warm tones and elegant bedspreads. The bathrooms are modern and functional, including walk-in showers and bathtubs, as well as essentials such as a hairdryer and towels. One bathroom stands out for its colourful traditional tiles, while another offers a minimalist design that complements the rustic charm of the house.
