This beautiful villa is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente and also offers a wonderful view of the Serra Tramuntana mountains.



The property consists of a living room with direct access to the large outdoor terrace which leads directly to the garden and pool. Fully equipped and very spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.

4 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms en suite complete the property, air conditioning (cold / warm).



Large swimming pool (9mx5m), perfect for the whole family to have fun in a large furnished garden.

In addition to a large covered terrace, this is also the ideal place for meals and culinary barbecues outdoors.



The next beach is the beautiful bay "Cala de San Vicente" and the port of Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa itself is a Mallorcan village with a lot of charm, very inviting with excellent restaurants on the market square such as the "Q11" and "U Plaça" and the famous weekly market every Sunday. In addition, the village has its famous Calvary staircase, 365 steps that lead us to the highest part of the city, from where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the city and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, all the way to Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9-hole golf course Pollensa is only 5 minutes away by car.
