Très bien placé et facile d'accès. Plutôt bien équipé. La cafetière fonctionnait mal, on nous l'a remplacée dès qu'on l'a signalé. Attention la terrasse n'est pas au même étage que l'appartement mais 2 étages plus haut. Certes c'est écrit dans l'annonce, mais j'étais passée à côté. Il y a un petit balcon attenant au salon.
