"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

"Before I checked in to my 1st floor room, I could hear this extremely loud noise coming from the " maintenance room" just down the hall. Could be heard throughout. Apparently has something to do with the pump, or filtration for the water slide at the indoor pool and playland. Anyway, was then given a room on the 2nd floor. The cold grab and go breakfast was minimal. Was told the night before they had waffles. Nope. They had instant oatmeal, but no microwave oven. Couldn't even find a wastebasket nearby, had to carry my trash to the lobby wastebasket. Convenient to the freeway. Got a good night's sleep, but can't recommend the place and wouldn't go back."

"This hotel was not cleaned and falling apart. Our room was disgusting and the hotel was not safe. There were homeless people in the lobby and using the bathrooms inside the hotel. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel."

"Breakfast was good. We had to contact front desk to get hot water for sink and shower, difficult to get room comfortable with the window fan and air conditioner. "

"Cons: So the door to our room was super hard to open. Most of the stuff in the kitchen was missing. There was no way to clean the dishes or use the dishwasher due to soap missing and went to the front desk and no one could find it. No blankets on the beds only sheets and blankets for the sleeper couch. The grab bar in the shower was unusable because the bolts were lose and coming out. The hotel is renovating which is great. The biggest issue was on Mother's Day they were painting no a huge big deal but there was nothing posted about it. We go in the elevator due to my husband being a disabled vet not able to use the stairs and a daughter with asthma. The toxic fumes in the elevator were so bad we were stuck in our room and my daughter had a severe asthma attack. Everyone got headaches but couldn't go anywhere due to the elevator not an option. So spent most of my Mother's Day in our room and the fume even got into our room. I asked what was being done and was told by front desk that they were going to reach out to management. Nothing and then when I asked for someone from management to call me nothing. This was the wirst Marriott stay to date and makes me rethink ever staying with them again which sucks because we have loved staying with them in the past"

"Breakfast was fresh and good. Wonderful firepit and so relaxing! Hottub was broke down. But had a very good time."

"It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and even better service, although breakfast not being included with your stay was a bit annoying. Overall, not the worst place I’ve stayed, not the best."

"Clean and well kept building. Nice room and comfortable bed. Way too much chlorine in pool, air burned our eyes. But nice having hot tub and pool. Breakfast was fair at best compared to other places. Same menu Saturday and Sunday mornings. "
