The room was clean and comfortable. 24/7 coffee just made my stay that much more relaxing which was exactly what I needed. "My family and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. We enjoyed the full kitchen because we could cook the groceries that we bought saving some money from constantly eating out. We were impressed with the variety and quality of options for their complimentary breakfast. The staff are all very helpful when we need to borrow things we suddwnly needed. Their outdoor pool was closed but we were allowed to use the indoor pool of Fairfield Suites which is just a couple of minutes walk. We had a fantastic stay and next time we go to Bloomington, we are definitely staying athe TownePlace again. "

"Very clean room. Soft pillows. Would like softer mattress but that’s my preference. Same with the pancake machine that didn’t work. Better to switch to the tried and true waffle maker. Not the first hotel I’ve used with that same pancake machine that was out of order. "
