Wake up to a peaceful bushland outlook, where kangaroos are frequent visitors, and enjoy your mornings or evenings on the outdoor lounge and dining table — ideal after a round of golf or a day of exploring the valley. Guests also have access to the resort’s hillside pool throughout the summer months. The villa includes air-conditioning, one bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet, ensuring convenience for families or groups. Inside, the living and dining spaces provide a relaxed atmosphere for cooking, entertaining, or simply unwinding. Perfectly positioned at the best part of the resort, a flat grassy area in front of the villa offers space for kids to play or for enjoying the outdoors. Just a short walk to the resort reception, you’ll have easy access to dinner, drinks, events, or weddings. The villa’s central Pokolbin location puts you less than 100 metres from the nearest winery and within easy reach of the region’s top attractions. Whether you’re here to explore wineries, relax by the pool, or enjoy a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, this villa provides the perfect base for your Hunter Valley holiday. Swimming Pool Availability: Where applicable, swimming pools will be open from the beginning of the NSW September school holidays and will close after the NSW Easter school break.
