Located behind Poitiers train station in a quiet residence, Le Modernisme is ideal for family stays to discover Poitiers and the Futuroscope. It has been completely refurbished and comprises a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has two bright bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, so you can relax after a busy day. ￫ Independent arrival possible ￫ Bed linen and towels are provided. ￫ Beds are made up before your arrival. ￫ Housekeeping is rigorous and provided by a professional company. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and relax! For a leisure or business stay, the apartment is ideal for all travelers! Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week. For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.
