It has been completely renovated, decorated and equipped to offer you a pleasant stay! It consists of a modern and fully equipped open kitchen, adjoining the dining room and a living room. It also has 4 bedrooms composed as follows: on the first floor, 1 bedroom with a very good quality sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 120 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a mezzanine bed + an extra bed for a child if necessary. On the second floor: 1 double bed of 160cm. You will also find a shower room on each landing and 3 separate toilets (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor). You will have access to the laundry room in which there is a second and large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. For the bravest or the unlucky you can isolate yourself in the office while the others enjoy the swimming pool. On a plot of 800m2, you can enjoy a beautiful south-facing swimming pool measuring 3.5m x 9.00m with a flat bottom (1.45m). It is secured by an electric rolling steering wheel. Depending on the period and the weather it can be heated to 28 - 29 degrees. We disclaim all liability in the event of an accident. However, we advise you to close the pool shutter if children are not under adult supervision. ￫ We provide you with bathroom linen and bed linen. ￫ Beds are prepared before your arrival. ￫The cleaning of the accommodation is rigorous and ensured by a professional company.
