It’s a shame it’s not adults only - there are very few kids, mainly babies, and it’s awkward for everyone when there’s one baby at breakfast crying in amongst all the couples. It’s fantastic having two beaches. The food was great, the layout of the buffet could be more spacious (and what’s with the neon lights?!) and the coffee is awful. Better coffee, free bikes for everyone, better availability of the restaurants and adults only would be 10/10\. They were kind, attentive, and made many parts of our stay enjoyable. My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel.
