"Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. "Curtains in the room need replaced they do not close all the way had to buy hair clips to hold them. Clothes curtains do not blackout room. The drive under covering was not even over the entrance… the luggage cart had to go over the curb otherwise where the ramp was located there was no covering. Our belongings got wet because there was no cover over the entry way. Real weird set up "
