Amazing location 10/10. Many things are all walking distance! The concierge are really helpful too in booking reservations for restaurants and tours! Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and convenient to walk from the train station(5 minutes) and all the shopping etc. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast and a nice dinner. The only small downside is the rooms have little to no storage…. Very much like an ALOFT hotel in the US

Fantastic hotel! Best hotel I have stayed at in Italy. Loved the location right next to the Santa Maria Novella Basilica -a must see church, museum and Cloister. Special surprise - Galileo exhibit when we were there!

It is a very beautiful hotel, very well located. We had an upgrade on our room, but it received a very bar odor from sometimes during the day. The Hotel offered us a change of room. Very nice staff and attentions.

The stay was excellent as we chose the hotel because of the vicinity and the closeness to major attractions. We booked through the website and got the most expensive option but found out at the property through the manager that there was an option for upgrade to premier rooms with a better view. That was quite shocking as the additional price for upgrade was significant and left a sour taste in our mouth as we were expecting the premiere room with a view on the website. We didn’t push it any further but my advise to other Travellers would be to compare other options

The hotel suite was remarkably clean and comfortable, the staff was so friendly and attentive. We had 3 suites and our entire family loved it. 100 percent worth it, highly recommend this hotel if staying in Florence.

We had a wonderful time and the staff all took very good care of us. It was actually hard to leave Florence for so many reasons and this lovely hotel and its people were a large part of our Florence experience. Food at breakfast and in the Restaurant was very good and so welcoming after a long day out seeing the sites. We hope to return some day.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kept our luggage as we toured the city before we headed out. The view from deck allowed a 360 degree view which was spectacular

Highly recommend the Minerva! We lived in Florence and typically choose to stay here when we return. It’s a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. You are walkable to anything you need to do and see as well as the train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is clean, updated and is in a fabulous location close to all attractions, it was very easy to walk everywhere. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable, these are both things I have an issue with throughout Europe.

Five Star Hotel!!
What an amazing, luxurious hotel! Fantastic location especially if arriving in Florence by train - so close! But in general so central to everything! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is 5 stars and the rooftop pool / bar/ lounge area is truly the most spectacular view of the city to be had in a hotel. This hotel far surpassed my expectations - and I will definitely be back.

We liked the location and the hotel was very beautiful. I realize there is a heat wave- but it was so hot in the room and common areas. If you are charging huge dollars to stay here- they should ensure The conditions remain consistent- didn’t like the experience and would most likely never stay there again.

This hotel was renovated with many modern conveniences. I really appreciated the hotel staff as they were friendly and able to assist us with directions and restaurant recommendations. The housekeeping staff was particularly great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing with providing recommendations for restaurants. Pool was a fab benefit for our 7 year old and was a great place for us to relax while she was still having fun. I would def go back again.
