"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "Just returned. A beautiful resort with friendly staff but unfortunately value for money wasn't great. Expensive drinks - we expected to pay more but the drinks were too costly for the amount and the portions of food were small (and I'm not a big eater). The rooms weren't cleaned as you would expect - only towels changed. The beds were not made (only left as we made them) and bathrooms not cleaned. Only shower gels replaced. Parking is an extra 12 euros per day...this was not expected as we...

"Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen...

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...
