The accommodation enjoys a good location in a residential house in the Strozanac district in the town Podstrana on the Croatian Adriatic.  
  
This air-conditioned studio with high ceilings is on the second floor and can accommodate up to three guests. The sleeping area offers a kingsize double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There are also a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances.
