The hotel is comfortable, located next to a big shopping mall. Rooms are comfortable, although the blankets are rather narrow and the room temperature could not be regulated so it was a bit chilly. The hotel restaurant is very good, with abundant breakfast and good dinner choices. Staff are friendly and helpful

comfortable and spacious room with amenities, coffee and tea. good dinner offering at the restaurant and an abundant breakfast. There is a mall next door with Mc Donalds and Starbucks. Staff are helpful and checkin-checkout fast and efficient

I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel. I have very little good to say about this place. The rooms, even suites, are very basic and in very bad condition. It is also insanely hot and they don’t let you control the temperature in your room. Everything is damaged and stained. This was more like a cheap motel.

Disappointed. Can’t control temperature in room , little cooler was not cooling, towel heater in bathroom was not working, no tissue paper in room at all. Carpet dirty. Very good location and very good restaurant

Location is excellent for the city. Easy walking to the centre. Car parking was plentiful and the mall is very handy.

The air conditioning was not working in most of the rooms, and thus it was very uncomfortable. The room itself was ok (nothing special) and reasonably clean (except that the carpeting in the room was filthy). Parking for the hotel was difficult to find.

Great place to stay - you should try it
This place is wonderful. The Staff is very professional. The food is delicious. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are situated above a shopping center. When I come back to Poland again, it’s where I’ll stay. It reminds me of water tower in Chicago. It has everything you need. The hotel is outstanding. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the train.

Nice location, short walk to old town. Lovely view from room. Unfortunately there was a New Years Party on and the music was loud enough to keep me awake on the 7th floor till it stopped at 5.30am. Was out for the night myself and had a few pints but it was terribly loud and outrageously late. It's a hotel not a nightclub! People pay you so they can sleep for the night. Not acceptable and was exhausted for the rest of my holiday.

For late arriving on weekends missing some food, it’s only available on room service with extra charge I will be nicer if some another options will be available . Otherwise fantastic hotel

1. Cena rezerwacji pokoju była większa niż ta za którą rezerwowałem pokój na portalu internetowym ( w recepcji poinformowano mnie że muszę dopłacić za dzieci co bardzo podniosło koszt rezerwacji ) 2. Obsługa wmawiała mi że zawsze należy dopłacić do rezerwacji. 3. Zastaliśmy pękniętą szybę, nie uprzedzono nas o tym, a w pokoju był cennik ile hotel obciąży klienta za uszkodzone rzeczy 4. W pokoju było zimno,pozostawiony był grzejnik

ummm overal is preety ok. but for this price carpet should be clean for sure and minibar prices should be lower. room is very small. i like bathroom and shower place. bad was preety comfortable. to small tv. like seriously 😁

Great for a Business Trip
Very good hotel for a business stopover. Food in the restaurant was good for dinner and the bufffet breakfast was excellent. The staf were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Passing through Rzeszow
We were just passing through Rzeszow and looking for a hotel for the night. Hotel Rzeszow offered very good rates and we chose to stay. Both of us were very much surprised about the quality of the hotel. Friendly staff, free parking and wifi, great breakfast, and most importantly very nice room. Will definitely recommend.
