Nice hotel but a bit noisy if you get a room close to the open lobby with music and people talking. Gym should be much better

We stay regularly at the Grand Hotel Boutique. It is a very good hotel. Excellent location on main square and walking distance to most places. Very friendly service. Great clean pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Never very busy which was a bonus for us. Kids loved the pool and large jacuzzi. While main hotel breakfast wasn't for us, there is a cafe onsite we did use and also lots options within couple mins walk away.

Unfriendly hotel staff- today staff called to our room and was rude and want to check out at 12, but we arranged 1 p.m check out time yesterday evening. It was unprofessional, and the first time when I’met such sitiuation during my whole business trips.

This was a really nice place and located in a great area. The restaurant and bar were great. The only negative was that it was very warm in the room, but that is pretty common in Poland.

The Hotel was a excellent visit and I recommend it you visit the area in Rzeszów Poland the Grand Hotel Boutique is a excellent choice to stay.

Very nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. Issues with my shower but I did have a sauna in my room!!!

It was loud in the evening, there is a night club in the basement. The check-in took long, they had problems processing hotels.com payment, it was stressing. Then the room had two beds instead of one. Besides that, nice breakfast and clean hotel.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Cool rooms, immaculate and a professional staff. Situated a block from everything. I would definitely stay there again next time I volunteer.

Good hotel badly let down by the awful bathroom
Design is about making something that functions and in style. Style must be second, but here style is first and making something that functions and that works is definitely second. It was not obvious from the photos (as if they want to hide the fact) that there is no door on the bathroom and the shower is open to view from the bedroom. There is a curtain to cover the glass partition but it only goes halfway across shower. So where is the privacy? Everything in the bathroom can be heard in the bedroom. There is a separate toilet with a door thank goodness. The last time I came across this arrangement was in an awful Ibis Budget hotel I had the misfortune to have to stay in whilst in France. There is nowhere to hang wet towels, nowhere to hang my bag of toiletries. They provide still and sparkling water in the room. But when you taste the still water it is a little sparkling, but apparently that’s acceptable to them! When I want still, I want still water! A very good hotel let down by some basics. If you have some strange design ideas then let people know, as they might not like them. I would recommend going to the café for breakfast and it is half the price of the normal hotel breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Had a fantastic stay at Grad Hotel Boutique in Rzeszow. It's in a very central location (a stone's throw away from the main square), the staff were really friendly, the rooms lovely and it had a beautiful bar area. Absolutely no complaints at all, especially at the cost. If I ever stay in Rzeszow again I would definitely stay here.

Not a pleasant stay
Hotel was close to the square with was a positive. Otherwise, not a very pleasant stay. Shower had issues, water spilled all over the floor, reception desk said there was no one that could help since it was a Sunday. Finally someone showed up and fixed it but when we asked for extra towels (since the ones we had were used for the wet floor) we were told that would be an extra charge. The AC wasn't working, the WIFI was lacking. A member of our party who happened to be black went to the restaurant and charged the meal to the room. A staff member called the room to inquire what color the gentleman staying in the room was, when asked why that matters they simply hanged up. Later they called back to apologize for the "misunderstanding". This incident left a very bad feeling for us and we would not stay here again.

Fantastic hotel will defo use again!!
Great hotel... close to main square.. room was fantastic can’t fault it.. so clean!! Only thing is if an event on in lobby u have to walk thru it to get to the lift for ur room... still not a huge problem...

Nice Hotel
Lovely hotel well situated for the Square. Can’t comment on Breakfast as we ate out. Our room 431 however though quite comfortable was very small compared to the rest of our large party staying there. No drawer space was the only problem. We were also next to the lift which was noisy. We just drew the short straw I think.
