Thank you for your feedback.We have PTAC units in our rooms which provide 9000 BTU of cooling power. You can put the fan down to low to reduce the fan noise. Our units have recently been replaced.

Staff was out partying till 2am and doors slamming all night long. Property was supposed to be going under rehab but looked a total mess. Then I had booked a double bed and she said they didn’t have one and only thing they had was in the back of the building.

We are in the middle of renovations sorry for your experience. Our double rooms are located in the rear building because they are larger in size and also have a back deck. These rooms will be reopened next month. Please feel free to reach out to us to rebook :)

The staff person was quick in responding my booking. Unfortunately the surrounding areas were obstructed by heavy snow causing dangerous conditions to walk to my room or the guest services. Also a light outside was on causing difficulty to sleep. Those issues could be easily solved if anyone pays attention to them. Good thing about the room is heating and hot water. That’s is a 10 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep and that also could be fixed.

Room was dirty. Old lollipop sticks on the floor . Walls are duct taped . Curtains are nasty.six sheets of toilet paper on the roll and no extra in the room. Microwave has food in it.trash all over the grouds. The parking lot was never plowed from the snow two days ago and is now a sheet of ice. Junky broke down vehicle's packed in spots. Do not waste your money. The worst place we ever stayed.

I took my fiancé for a night out and we found a roach in the room. Room was filthy not to mention the door was half way broken from the inside it was just plain terrible trying to sleep in a room like that.

Entire property was dirty. Sheets had stains. Wifi was absolutely awful. It would be fine if there was cable but they use a fire stick. Which is almost useless because the wifi constantly isn't working.

I checked in went to the room it was dirty had a smell I couldn't take my mask off cause couldn't stand the odor. So I went and got a refund and left right away.

This motel is extremely dirty and in shambles. There was mold and half of a sink cabinet, cob-webs everywhere, a huge hole in the shower curtain, the door lock was a door knob with aluminium foil covering a hole underneath the knob (NOT SECURE). There was junk piled up in the walkway in front of the security guards room. which was right next to ours. NO HOT WATER, the towels were ripped and extremely thin! The T.V. did not work. NO PHONE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. The carpet was full of particals, and the room smelled.

Misunderstood and thought booking was for mt airy
Very upsetting. I booked a room at the casino hotel. Mt airy. Until arrival. Then was told it was booked for this old disgusting run down place. Shady ppl walking around. Hotel.com was unwilling to refund my money or my free night. I refused to stay there with my children. Disappointed on how hotels.com would not help me with this God awful, misunderstood situation. Had to pay at a diff hotel to stay! So I’m out the cost of the room and out of my earned free room!

Here what we could not even srand the horrifying scent farless to stay. The bed sheets were loosing threads that on the cloth together. Very dark and unfit for any human to sleep on

Overall, ok. Key Issues!
This place got the job done for us broke college students. We were staying for a con going on at Kalahari, so we weren’t in the room a lot. There were some floor boards missing under the carpet, but overall it was clean and decent. Our main issue was the key cards. The first one we got didn’t work, then the second one let us in once before not working, and the same with the third we receive over the course of the weekend. The office is closed over the weekend, but they have a person on duty to deal with our card issues.

You get what you pay for
on a five day stay, only had one day of hot water. Location was great, but not at the cost of comfort and basic necessities. Even at the conditions that location was far cheaper than anything else available. Seems like a place that is trying to get up and running, staff is great and they are working on getting the place up to speed.

I was there for a overnight birthday party for a friend and needed a place close by to stay the night i wanted a place that was a good price and came with a microwave, small fridge, a comfortable bed and clean this fit the all my needs. If am i the area anytime in the future i would definitely stay here again.

Can't believe this place even got two stars. Didn't even stay in the room for 5 minutes. Once I got past the smell, I checked for bedbugs and I brought the luggage in and went to the bathroom. Came out and my partner gave me the money for the room and we went elsewhere. Truly amazed that place was on Expedia at all. All the people living there, yes living there looked like crack heads. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there. Avoid at all cost.
