"While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect. "

"We had a 8 day stay at the hotel. Awesome location. Convenience stores are located right nextdoor. The hotel seemed to be a little on the older side but the rooms and kitchen were clean. You are able to adjust the themostat to set the room's temperature to your liking. The kitchen was large. We used the combined washer/dryer frequently. Shampoo, body wash, and soap are provided. Front desk are responsive to requests for additional supplies. The gym facilty was large and had plenty of equipment for running, lifting, and stretching. We did not use the swimming pool. The sauna was still closely indefinitely. The only quirk thing was that when you use the elevator, you have to hold the room keycard against a sensor to choose the upper floors - the computer sensor is laggy - you have the hold the card a while until you hear a beep - then you can select the floor - this took some getting used to."
