"Nice hotel close to many historical attractions. "
All the staff was excellent, the hearth & Kettle restaurant food was Ossum. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean, and the spa staff were Amazing. The King size bed had a two step stool that had too much polish on it making it very slippery, the curtains hung in front of a/c heater so you had to leave open in the early morning. to keep the room evenly heated, the top of the toilet tank was broken on the ends (which could cut little fingets getting out of bathtub) these are small corrects the hotel could correct quickly.also loved that it was a non-smoking .plenty of HP Parking right at front door was a plus.
We had a great stay at Pilgrim Sands. Staff was efficient and courteous. The rooms were clean. We had a great walk on the beach in the late afternoon. The breakfast had just a few choices, but was OK. The view from the breakfast room was fantastic! The hotel is very close to Plimouth Plantation. We are looking forward to coming back here.

Management was relaxed and flexible. the room managed to feel homey rather than sterile and was very comfortable with great beds, good shower with room heater, spickety spandy clean, and right across the street from a Duncan Donuts and a grocery store.
It was right on route 3A but set back from the road enough that it was quiet.
Altogether a nice experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early November. We had a 2 bedded room on the upper floor (there are only 2 floors). The room was big enough, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is really more like a Motel as there were separate buildings of varying distance from the main building which had the reception, the breakfast room and conference facilities. We had an upper floor room with no neighbours above as this is an 'old style' building whereby you could probably hear the people walking around in the room above if you were on the ground floor. There was a walk-by landing outside our door with a wider area containing rocking chairs. Quite a nice touch apart from there were ash trays by the chairs which seem to imply that you could smoke in this area. I would have been annoyed if someone had sat in the chairs smoking and having loud conversations late into the evening if I was trying to get some sleep in my room. I think the whole property should be non-smoking, apart from maybe a designated place, and the chairs, although nice, removed to an area away from the rooms where any conversations by the people in the chairs would not disturb the people in the rooms. The breakfast was good and the lady looking after the breakfast room was very nice. The wi-fi was not good in our room. The computer in the reception area was good and had a printer. An able-bodied person could walk to the ocean from here and also into the town. Overall a very good experience, I would stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Christmas while visiting my family who live by. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and we could see the ocean from our bed. Christine was super accommodating and friendly. We expected the usual continental breakfast but were treated to waffles, eggs, sausage, baked apples and that was just one morning! We had the suite with the Jacuzzi tub which was a real treat since we live in small New York City apartments. In the morning we warmed up in front of the gas fireplace downstairs and admire the Christmas Tree.
Nestled at the edge of Cape Code, and offering easy access to the Atlantic, Plymouth is host to the story of the Pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock, and is rich with historical sites. Plimoth Plantation and the Alden House Museum tell the story of the Pilgrims, and First Parish Church is the oldest continuous ministry in New England. Plymouth's many beaches offer water and recreational activities.
