I had a great stay at this property. My rooms, fridges, everything was nice and clean. They do provide housekeeping every other day, but oddly enough, I didn’t receive ANY housekeeping service in either of my rooms. On the third day of my stay I called the front desk and was informed that I wasn’t “signed up” for housekeeping…I didn’t and still don’t understand what that meant. Outside of that, my stay was great. Breakfast was super tasty. I would absolutely stay again

Great hotel had everything you could ask for and very clean. Front desk staff excellent and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Upon check in our kitchen garbage disposal in our first room was clogged and filled with brown smelly liquid. Was informed there wasn't maintenance services onsite on the weekend. The built-up produced a strong foul smell. We were giving the option to change rooms. The second room we had no issues with.

Our stay was fantastic. Staff was friendly and warm when we checked in, and even gave us a gift bag. So sweet. Room was so clean and spacious. There were plenty of entry and exit points which made walking my dog (who is scared of encountering strangers) much easier. My only small issue was that our mattress felt a little worn out so I didn't get the comfortably supportive sleep I usually experience here. Totally could have been luck of the draw, though.

After a snafu with the reservation I had been double charged. Expedia called them and a refund was issues immediately. The room was as advertised, and the hotel is a 5-8 min drive to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Thanks Homewood Suites!

We chose the hotel for free parking, free breakfast and the indoor pool. It did not disappoint. It was 15 min or less from two malls, a zoo, and tons of dining options. It was also clean, quiet, and the staff was nice. We will stay here again.
