Visit our Plymouth travel guideThe first room we had was 221 and was a corner executive room but the bathroom was too small to take 2 people at the same time. We got moved the second night to 919 and that was much better thanks to the manager in charge who was great.
Booked to come to the Plymouth Xmas markets however the had closed by 6pm despite researching they were open until 9pm on line. Came back to hotel and couldn’t get to the bar for a masked ball , so couldn’t relax in the communal areas for people or noise. Room was clean , beds were terrible and sink was cracked. No soya milk or oat milk available in the hotel , which is a 4* so this was a surprise. Car park very tight , and easily got lost finding our car to try and leave . Disappointed to say the least.
After a long queue at check in & the room being wrong was sorted, we were able to settle down for a relaxing weekend. No complaints with room clean & tidy & bed firm & comfy. The food at breakfast was varied & to a high standard, the bar area busy but service fast & polite.Checkout was fast & easy.
Room was large and very clean, the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Lovely bathroom, nice big towels and environmentally friendly toiletries.
