You'll enjoy uninterrupted sea views, with the magnificent sunsets over the island of Batz as a backdrop. Here, tranquillity is assured: neighbours are far away and nature is omnipresent.

Treat yourself to a moment of serenity in this house designed for reunions with friends, family or lovers.  
Here, every room opens onto a garden and an uninterrupted view of the sea, creating a soothing, luminous atmosphere.  
  
The fully-equipped house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy. Upstairs, two bedrooms designed for children share a bathroom with bath.  
  
Practical and comfortable, it has 3 WCs spread throughout the house, as well as a laundry room equipped for a stay of 12 people.  
When you're back from the beach, you'll love the shower and toilet facilities in the laundry room, perfect for rinsing off the sand without taking up valuable living space.
