Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again. (232 reviews) Room seemed small, but ultimately it was perfect for me and my husband. Breakfast was great, a good variety, but not too overwhelming. Perfect to get our day started. I wish there was room service throughout the day, just because after a full day of sightseeing sometimes you just want to eat in. However, they do have food delivery services throughout Prague and there are very close restaurants and fast food places steps away from the hotel which makes it convenient. Great central location for everything.
