Beautiful boutique hotel. It is well situated for shopping, restaurants and the port is a five minute walk away. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Stayed in a junior suite which I may have been upgraded to. Beautifully decorated and huge room.

Very nice place with very nice people. Renovated old Greek house without elevators which might be a problem for some. Very loud kids, I mean loud, in neighboring buildig.

Stratos was the first person. We met at the reception. He was professional, polite and so kind and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located close to the marina and lots of restaurants. Loved this whole experience. The breakfast was very tasty, lots of variety and the entire staff always happy to help us with any request to make us more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great facilities especially for kids and family. View from Balcony is fantastic with your own sunset every evening. Breakfast satisfactory and good enough Rooms are clean today and basic ala 80/90s style. Beach and pool great though like most beaches in Lesvos and good pair of sandals to get in and out of sea recommended. Molyvos 20 min walk with great restaurants. Recommend the Octopus at the end of the harbour. Petra also very good with good beaches.

Excellent stay in Theofilos Paradise
The stay was excellent. It's in the city center just a few minutes walk from the beach. The service was much beyond our expectations. We really recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel
Theofilos Paradise Boutique Hotel offered quite a peaceful and restful atmosphere. The hotel grounds are well designed and really beutiful. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfectly Located Hotel

Great ambience and service. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Great breakfast. The hotel also has a very nice pool and terrace bar. We rented a car from the hotel also which was very convenient. Overall, we were delighted with Theofilo Paradise.

Centrally located hotel
Centrally located hotel. The main building is old and in need of renovation but the staff is friendly and the breakfast very good. The room had complimentary wine, fruit and a platter with dates,, figs and nuts. There was a massage chair inside the bathroom next to the toilet which was a little odd. I understand there is a newer section but did not see the rooms.

A charming, friendly hotel.
Such a nice place. Loved it. So friendly and old world charming without being jaded. All fresh and lovely. Very close to the ferry terminal and harbour. Only thing to note was the pool was looking a little bit tired but the novelty of swimming on the rooftops of Mytillini more than made up for it. Other than that it was faultless.

Very nice and cozy hotel in the city center. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The staff was kind, friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr George at the reception. The owner was really nice as well. Comfortable, quiet and well decorated rooms. Highly recommended.!

Staff excellent. So kind, warm, and helpful. Parking garage so tiny almost impossible to park. Shower in top floor room was slanted, following roof angle. If you are over 5 and a half feet tall, not easy. Had room with pull out bed, terrible comfort. No elevator in main building. But, it bears repeating —-staff was great. Maybe if one didn’t stay in the main building???

Too much noise - all night long - from an adjoining park where kids and refugees hang out. Beyond the hotel’s control - but ask for a room away from the park. Fantastic breakfasts - the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had!

My wife, son and I stayed at the Theofilos for four nights at New Year's. The staff were great, the location is great (if you want to be near restaurants and the harbor in Mytilini). Because there were three of us, we got a suite with a bedroom and separate sitting area with a pull out sofa. Everything was clean and in good repair. The bed was a little hard - I like it but my wife didn't. There was plenty of space. The bathroom was spacious and had a jetted tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After the first morning, the breakfast hostess remembered by coffee order and brought it right away when we arrived. Highly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel in Lesvos
Theofilos is a lovely boutique hotel in Mytilene. There are not many good quality hotels in Mytilene in the city center. Theofilos is a hotel with the old world charm but new/renovated buildings. It is a few steps to the harbor and also very close to the Tsamaki beach. Its rooms are clean, decent size and they are well kept. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you.

Clean hotel with excellent staff
This was an excellent hotel. I stayed for five nights. The staff was amazing--they were very accommodating and knowledgable. The room was larger than I expected and very, very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was amazing--they had everything! I also appreciated that the hotel had a garage for my rental car (it's a lot nicer to get into a cool car than one that has been baking in the sun). I arrived every evening, left the car outside and handed the keys to the front desk. They took care of everything.

This is a auperb hotel in easy going island
Perfect location with excellent service, aesthetics, and amenities. No noise one block from a spectacular harbor, right next to tavernas and coffee houses. Free garage on the property and swimming pool!

A true gem tucked away in Mitilini. Feels like an oasis and the staff does everything they can to add to the experience. Well beyond everything else in town and maybe on the island.

Very good hotel in the heart of center...
I think it's new and it's going to get better... Lovely staff but they need more staff... One bad thing is there is a park in front of hotel which is in a bad condition and some guys are hanging around we don't like... Exellent breakfast but you have to pay for cappuccino :) there is a pool at the top so small but we had good time in it...
