Everybody has been very helpful and friendly. Prompt to assist and understanding. Morning breakfast buffet, mixing Romanian traditional and western foods offer a satisfying experience. Highly recommend this hotel and not to forget the location is absolutely fantastic.

You cannot lie to your customers and advertise a pool and a spa when you know they are out of order. This is bad practice to attract customers based on a lie.

The hotel restaurant was extremely good with delicious authentic Romanian cuisine. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Free breakfast and restaurant were great. The rest of the property is not well maintained and I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The location is still good and the old school charm is still there but unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any real interest in keeping the property in good condition by the owners.

It is so Centrally Based and beautiful looking over the gardens. Breakfast lovely and the Terrace Bar fabulous I will be back when visiting g my new family I seriously recommend this hotel 😃👍

A lovely traditional hotel in the centre of town. Clean, modern friendly staff. Hotel terrace was a nice place to sit with friends however at times it closed too early
