Cocoonr offers this charming 103 m² house in Ploéven to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,600 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
First floor  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)  
\- Bedroom 4: single bed  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

\- A lovely, enclosed, private garden of 2,600 m², south-facing  
\- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- Garage with utility room  
  
The house is ideally located in Ploéven, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

\- Walks and hikes in the Breton countryside  
\- Discover the local gastronomy (crêpes, seafood, cheeses, etc.)  
\- Ty an Quer beach about 3 km away  
\- Douarnenez nautical centre around 17 km away  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (5 spaces maximum) or in the garage (1 space).
