Contemporary semi-detached house, stylishly furnished and featuring a large terrace and a lovely garden. Set on the edge of a small village, it is just 2.5 km from the stunning sandy beaches of the Pink Granite Coast. It’s the perfect location for water sports enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists — Pleumeur-Bodou also offers 28 km of marked mountain bike trails. Nearby, you’ll find the Pleumeur-Bodou Planetarium, one of the largest in Europe, offering interactive experiences focused on astronomy. Right next to it, an amusement park with a climbing course is particularly popular with children. The surrounding area is full of hiking paths and great places to explore, such as the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec or the medieval town of Lannion. For relaxation and fun, visit the Trégastel Forum with its heated seawater pool (28°C).

Schönes Haus mit modernem Interieur. Schöner Garten auch. Wunderbar nah an mehreren Stränden. Was in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben ist, ist, dass der Eigentümer in der schmalen Doppelhaushälfte wohnt. Im Garten ist die Trennung eher eingeschränkt (Zaun). Das gibt ein anderes Gefühl. Feiner und freundlicher Typ.
