In Pléneuf-Val-André, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 120 m² house which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 40 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190)  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- One bedroom with two single beds  
\- Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

\- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
