I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. The room had a horrible odor, I think coming from the ac unit and the carpet. I reported to the front desk and they took a note. Also the daily rate was way too high for this type of motel.

The front desk took forever to check in. She had to be on the phone with someone the entire time telling her house to check someone in. The room was filthy, stains on the bedding and bathtub had dirty in it.

We just spent the night. Enjoyed the pool, and all was good once we got the air conditioner to stay on. Took a while to cool off our room, but it finally did, and we slept good.

When I checked in they charge me a $50 deposit which I wasn’t aware of until I got there overall I did rest the night but the cleaning this carpet stains out of date furniture just didn’t seem very very well taken care of when I go and stay again probably not

I would return stay here again
Front desk was very helpful and quick to get rooms ready. I travel with a crew ao we needed 9 rooms, some were smoking rooms and pet friendly as well.. Relatively cheap and no hidden security deposits.. Rooms wee clean and satisfactory..

Day of check out husband went to go run an errand before we started to pack. So me and kiddo stayed behind to get ready and we heard a knock on the door we said who's there and as I walking to the restroom to finish getting dressed so I can answer the door the housekeeper opened it without giving any notice or given permission by me. Her excuse was she didnt my vehicle outside thats why she opened the door and thats because we still had an hour till check-out.

Would not let our 18-year-old son check in because we were not present, The room smelled horrible as well as the swimming pool we are now disputing charges because we were charged six different times for two rooms here! One of my worst experiences at a motel!

checked in the hotel around 11pm to find the rooms AC was off and inside temp was over 90 degrees! It took 2-3 hrs to cool the room to make it livable, Agonizing 2 hrs to wait such a late ar night.

For the price it’s a good place to stay. They don’t have courtesy shampoo or conditioner so be prepared. Breakfast area is small only two tables. Not a large variety of breakfast food.

Stayed 3 nights. The room was clean. Nice size TV all the amenities. Quiet area with close by shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast everyday. Waffles, cereal, bananas, yogurt, milk, and coffee. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

UPON ARRIVAL WE NOTICED THAT THE POOL WAS DUG UP. THEREFORE WE HAD TO FIND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE KIDS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS BEFORE WE HAD TO SPEND $75.00 ON OTHER ACTIVITIES.
