"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. "Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small breakfast people like us and don’t want it to be wasted, maybe be clear about what you want before it all starts to arrive."

"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again. My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."

"The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
